Sage Pro Elite was built by two people still on the treatment floor. We run an operating studio, we train the next generation through our academy, and we kept hitting the same wall: no room for the pros who were already past certification and tired of learning alone. So we built one.
What we're built for.
We're here to redefine mastery for the beauty professional who's done shrinking. The ones already in the work, already driven, already paying attention to the smallest details — and ready to stay connected to themselves and to each other. This is growth that feels alive, creative, and genuinely fulfilling.
We didn't plan a mentorship.
We needed one.
For eight years our calendar has been the same shape: Monday on the floor, Tuesday on the floor, late nights inside the academy, a surgeon consult wedged into Thursday. Every year the academy got bigger and every year we felt a little more alone at the top.
The peers we wanted — the ones running their own studios across the beauty industry — were all having the same private conversation with us over text. Nobody was having it together.
Sage Pro Elite is what happens when you take that text thread, cap it at twenty-five, and give it a Thursday night.

The two of us aren’t a content team and we aren’t a course company. We’re a husband-and-wife operation that has built and run every business we talk about. Sage Pro Elite is the room we wished existed when we were still building — now it’s the one we run.

Eighteen years of brand building, web development, marketing, and SEO — built in-house across five businesses. Not theory. Not outsourced. The strategy that scaled our beauty businesses past seven figures wasn’t borrowed from another industry — it was built inside ours, by us, while we ran them.

Chaz — the hands.
CNA background, radiology school, thirty-plus clinical certifications, three beauty businesses built from zero. The practitioner at the table. The person who has run the treatment floor, trained other artists on it, and kept the clinical standard a notch above the industry norm — because he has done the work hands-on, every single week.

Four principles we won’t break.
Operators, not content creators.
This room is for people running real businesses — not people performing a business online. If your brand lives on Reels and your P&L doesn’t add up, this isn’t the room.
Peers, not students.
Our rooms assume you already know your craft. We don’t teach down, we think across. The pressure is lateral — founder to founder, operator to operator.
Discretion, by design.
Nothing shared in a Room leaves the Room. No screenshots, no re-posts, no “inspired-by.” The group is small enough to hold each other to it.
Applied, not abstract.
Every session ends with work you can move on. We ship fewer things, longer. Monthly, not daily. Strategy, then the call to run it.
